What is your refund policy?
A: Diamond Nutrition has a 100% money-back guarantee if you buy one of our full-size products for the first time and you don't like it, just contact us with your order number and tell us why you weren't satisfied, and we'll refund you as soon as possible. Note: Request for refund must be within 2 weeks of purchase

Why has my order been delayed?
A:If you are noticing that your shipment has been delayed, it is coming from a delivery service and not us. Weather and other causes may delay your shipment by a few days. If you would like your shipment faster, then we would advise you to pick a faster shipping method.
What do these ingredients in your products do for you?
A:Ingredients for our products can be found on our Product Pages. Just click the individual products on our site to see the NON PROPRIETARY blends. There will also be individual ingredients and a description of what they can do for you.
Will your products show up on a drug test?
A:None of our products will show up on a drug test. We only use ingredients that meet the highest standards as we have each one tested as they come into our GMP and NSF certified facility. We do NOT use any banned substance or ingredients (found on FDA or WADA list) in any of our products.
What does no GMOs mean?
A: No GMOs means that if there is a bioengineered version of an ingredient, we don’t use it.
