What is Diamond Auto-Delivery?
Auto-Delivery is the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite supplements from Diamond Nutrition . We automatically ship the items you want based on the frequency you choose, and you save more over time!
You will have control over your Auto-Delivery orders. We’ll send you an email 3 days before each order leaves the warehouse, as well as a notification when your order is placed. You can easily swap your product flavor, make changes to your delivery frequency or quantity by logging in to your Diamond Nutrition account.
Changes can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, managing it, or contacting our customer support team at email@example.com.
How do I join?
Auto-Delivery is available on selected items listed on TheDiamondNutrition.com with more to be introduced in the near future. Simply select Auto-Delivery as an option and your preferred delivery frequency - 30, 45 or 60 days.
How much will I be charged?
There is no extra cost involved with Auto-Delivery, in fact you will actually save more over time!

*Free Shipping only applies to US based customers. If you are an overseas customer, you can redeem up to 10% OFF through our Auto-Delivery program.
Further discount codes are applicable and will accrue in addition to the Auto-Delivery discount for the duration of the subscription.
- Auto-Delivery is exclusive of shipping and tax (unless specified otherwise) and not applicable as part of any major promotional campaigns or sales - e.g. Black Friday, Summer Sale
- The redemption of Loyalty or referral discount codes are not applicable with Auto-Delivery purchase, however you will accrue loyalty points for every purchase
- Gift Cards can only be used on your initial Auto-Delivery purchase
- Login to your Diamond Nutrition account to manage your Auto-Delivery Subscription.
- Swap flavors, change frequency and quantity. You will be notified 5 days prior to your next order. If you're happy with your previous selection, then you don’t need to do anything; we will send your selected flavor, or the next most popular flavor if that's sold out.
- You can subscribe to more than one product or flavor with our Auto-Delivery program. If those products have been subscribed to at different times, you can contact our customer service team to bundle these products into a same-time delivery.

Managing my ongoing Auto-Delivery subscription
Your Auto-Delivery is linked to your Diamond Nutrition account on thediamondnutrition.com where you can keep track of your subscriptions and manage and change all upcoming orders.
Subscriptions tab: Modify your recurring Auto-Delivery subscriptions Swap flavors within the same item
- Change frequency, i.e. the number of days between orders
- Change quantity for future orders of each subscribed item
- Change shipping address for a specific item
Order Now: Ship your recurring order right away instead of waiting for the next scheduled date Change quantity for your next shipment (does not affect the recurring subscription)
Upcoming Orders : manage individual orders scheduled under your Auto-Delivery subscriptions
