We want you to experience all our products. We believe in our products. This is why our products are offered with a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, head to Diamond Nutrition Returns. We don't make you jump through hoops to get your money back if our products are unsuitable for you. It's that simple. We are not satisfied until you are. We'll be happy to replace it or refund your purchase price. Any claim for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. And don't worry, we're always here to help with exchanges as well! Just return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
If you request a refund, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Diamond Nutrition. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit. You can also be refunded store credit if preferred.
If for any reason you are not satisfied. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type.
We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund.
While we're unable to accept returns on certain items, such as clearance items, loyalty points, and gift cards, we're always happy to help with any questions or concerns you have about your specific order.
We'll be sure to notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, don't worry! Just contact us right away and we'll work with you to evaluate the issue and make things right. Please take a photo of the issue so we can quickly resolve the problem.

What is Diamond Auto-Delivery?
Auto-Delivery is the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite supplements from Diamond Nutrition . We automatically ship the items you want based on the frequency you choose, and you save more over time!
You will have control over your Auto-Delivery orders. We’ll send you an email 3 days before each order leaves the warehouse, as well as a notification when your order is placed. You can easily swap your product flavor, make changes to your delivery frequency or quantity by logging in to your Diamond Nutrition account.
Changes can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, managing it, or contacting our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I join?
Auto-Delivery is available on selected items listed on TheDiamondNutrition.com with more to be introduced in the near future. Simply select Auto-Delivery as an option and your preferred delivery frequency - 30, 45 or 60 days.

- Swap flavors, change frequency and quantity. You will be notified 5 days prior to your next order. If you're happy with your previous selection, then you don’t need to do anything; we will send your selected flavor, or the next most popular flavor if that's sold out.
- You can subscribe to more than one product or flavor with our Auto-Delivery program. If those products have been subscribed to at different times, you can contact our customer service team to bundle these products into a same-time delivery.
